Description
A few places I found where things are cut off slightly:

- The solution I came up with to determine project description line overflow (project-details-card.tsx L271) is either hacky or clever, I can't decide which.

- "Workflow runs" tab on the project panel looks good
- "Search results" looks good
- The changes related to project details can be reverted since this is being reworked in #22208
- I noticed the run history toolbar (the workflow panel) is slightly misaligned:

This needs to have latest main merged in because I'm seeing other bugs that I know have been fixed already.
